Nice and good hotel for short stay. Close to Airport and it is nice they have shuttle to the airport

The room is little dark. More light will be much better

Just spent 1 night here as it is next to the airport and I had an early morning flight. They have a free airport shuttle that leaves every 2 hours from 5 AM which is super convenient. Also their breakfast starts at 3 AM which really helped me as I had to leave early. Overall very good value for a simple airport business hotel. Do note there is not much around the area as its right off the highway that leads to the airport, just few other hotels in the same line. Not advisable for long stays as you will need to taxi into the city for most everything else. Their pool area and restaurant were quite decent and the in-room amenities quite good as well. For its price-point great value.

Nothing really, was what I expected for a good airport hotel with no additional frills. Check-in could have been a bit smoother but there were people holding the line and the staff to their credit were very courteous and patient.

Airport shuttle available, but during my stay, it is already fullybooked at 3.00 am. but its ok.. we can easily get a Grab car early in the morning.

The room itself was reasonably clean and the location near the airport was convenient. Unfortunately, these few positive points were overshadowed by several serious problems.

Communication with the hotel was practically nonexistent. Several days before my arrival I tried to arrange the airport pickup service, but the hotel repeatedly sent me a link that did not work. I had already provided my flight details and arrived at around 3:00 AM, but there was no pickup waiting for me. I therefore had to take an overpriced taxi to the hotel. Only after arriving did I learn that the airport transfer service operates only until 11:30 PM. This important restriction had not been made clear to me beforehand. After finally arriving exhausted in the middle of the night, my room key card did not work, so I had to return to reception to have it reprogrammed. The worst part was the complete absence of refrigerators. I specifically asked the hotel and was told that there are no refrigerators in any rooms in the entire hotel, regardless of which room category you book. I find this absolutely unacceptable for a hotel in Indonesia, where temperatures are constantly above 30°C. Even very cheap hotels usually provide at least a small refrigerator. Guests should be able to keep drinks, food or medication cool. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience and not what I would expect from an Ibis Styles hotel.
