The main advantage of the hotel can be considered the location and the availability of parking for 3-4 cars.
The hotel is on a one way street opposite the Tribunal building. We were lucky and parked our car right outside the hotel entrance.
The “Botanical Garden” is a 3 minute walk away, which is a nice place to spend time in good weather.
The city center is within walking distance.
the room we were given was poorly adapted for living in, even for a short time.
1. there is a poorly designed recess in the floor so that the balcony door could be opened. there is also an unfastened TV cable. Even healthy people can stumble or get caught on the cable.
2. the refrigerator is “hidden” in the cabinet under the TV. However, the cabinet and refrigerator doors open in different directions, similar to “French doors”. Accordingly, in order to get into the refrigerator you have to clear a lot of space.
3. The only sitting place in the room is a stubby armchair.
4. The bed linen is so shabby that it is unpleasant to use it.
5. there is “furniture” on the balcony - 2 micro stools (about 15-20 cm in diameter) and a small table cut out of plywood.
6. the window overlooks the common balcony, where someone often smokes.
7. there is a drain hole in the middle of the bathroom, which is deepened by about 5-7 cm, which can be considered a trap if you forget about it for a moment.
8. the shower door opens from the wall to the center of the room. Even for a “small-sized” person, it is inconvenient to use the cabin.
9. There is only 1 container for garbage in the whole room.
We reported all this to the administration.
