Execrabil!

Mai nimic. Eventual amplasarea, in apropierea centrului vechi.

Am fost cazați în camera 6, o camera care pare că face parte dintr-o clădire improvizata lipita de clădirea principală. Vederea din această numita camera, direct pe terasa cu vedere înspre mesele poziționate sub geam. In camera, aparatul de aer condiționat mizerabil, cu filtru plin de praf și mizerie, aspect ce conduce spre un aer insalubru cu ocazia utilizării acestui aparat. Pe peretele de la geam, apa scursă provenita de la aparatul de aer condiționat. La geamuri praf, mizerie, pânze de păianjen. Calorifere pline de praf, îmbâcsite. Aceasta așa zisa camera pare o improvizație, pentru care ne este greu sa credem că există un certificat de clasificare pentru prestarea serviciilor turistice conform clasificării pe care unitatea o afișează. Greu de crezut că mai există asemenea spatii de cazare care funcționează în asemenea condiții. Micul dejun, o altă improvizație, servit Intr -o sala cu mobilier plin de praf, iar produsele alimentare puse la dispoziție păreau a nu se încadra în categoria de produse alimentare sigure. Din pacate o experiență neplăcută, însă ajunși la 23 noaptea a facut imposibilă alegerea altei cazări. Există poze doveditoare cu cele mai sus precizate.

The owner was very helpful and kind.It was our first day in Craiova.Although we came after check-in time,she did not make us a problem.After we checked-out,we needed to leave our luggages in Hotel and they accepted that kindly.Thanks for everything

Everything was ok, location is good, and everything is in the walking distance. Breakfast is ok, staff is very polite. Rooms are clean, bathroom is very good. Definitely good value for money.

Good location, only 10min from Christmas market. Very small, but extra clean fully renovated room. Friendly staff and tasty simple breakfast.The lady in the restaurant was very very kind. Parking infront of the building. Value for money. Recommend!

Small room and shared terrace. I don't like the pillows.

We went for the Xmas market so the stay was pleasent as the market delivered our expectations.

We liked the location of the place and the receptionis lady was very nice cherful and helpful. Five star for her.

We booked the room with breakfast included. 2 days before our arrival we were called to be advised there will be no breakfast. We asked for a reductaion of the price, but did not get it. As we could not find another option so fast for the same amount of money, we did not cancel. The room was ok, but the central heating was so so, we used the air con for heating. We had to run a lot of water, before it went hot enough to shower, too much water wastege.

Pleasant stay in Craiova

The staff was very friendly. The location is very close to the City Centre (Old Town). The room was freshly renovated and very clean.

not too much of a good experience, maybe next time

friendly and helpful staff. rooms look amazing, everything's new. but, that's pretty much it!

had to change rooms as we couldn't breathe because of mould. awful experience. swapped for a top floor room were heating system not working, terrible traffic noise overnight even with windows closed.

- the staff is very friendly - the fact that accept animals - the location, near the center of the city - the cost is fair - the clean rooms : after the first day, they asked about the towels and the trush to clean the room. I appreciate this because in Romania i did not remember the last time when we ve been asked at any hotels.
