Clean and spacious room, excellent breakfast, hotel very close to the city center. We had a pleasant stay there and we reccomend it gladly.

Everything about the hotel was great, good value for money, great location, great staff.
Bit more attention to cleaning. Not big issue but I noticed the carpet floor needs a bit of cleaning

The staff were very nice and accommodating. They changed my room 4 times.
It is not their fault, each room had a defect.
last room which was big (like a suite) had a horrible bathroom.
Rooms have an AC that can only heat and not cool the room, I don't know what they do in the summer?
The tub very high, the sink very low, the shower head can easily create a hole (stone bit not in a good way)
Location is super, near centre (downtown) and park across the street, many cafes and little shops.
house keeping very efficient and nice too.
The rooms and bathrooms need to be updated.
AC, to give cold air during heat.
