Spacious room, 24h reception, nice breakfast, comfortable bed, option to control the heating in the room, free parking, quiet location. Tram station is in front of the hotel and Promenada shopping centre is very near.
Jacuzzi needs deep cleaning and disinfection, and it doesn't look like this is done after every guest. Not all staff members speak english.

Everything about the hotel was amazing.
The fact the air conditioning in the room was not working and nothing was done in a way of compensation.
