Location only
1. Room size, starts and ends at once. Hardly any space for luggage
2. Car accessibility is way too far and if one has luggage (especially heavy ones), then it can be very difficult especially through the stairs on the way down from the main road to the place where the rooms are and also, factor in the stairs inside the building
3. Very dilapidated building from the outside
4. Big tv is present but only 2 channels and that too in local language and practically nothing runs in it except for advertisements. TV doesn’t support screen mirroring from mobile

The hotel is basic but the location is amazing. Everything was very clean and the staff were very professional. Don't be scared by poor views, ultimately you get what you pay for- we found this to be an excellent deal based on the location (it honestly couldn't be any better).

The room was clean & we liked the location. The shower was very good
The internet wasn’t great & kept dropping off. The ladder to the 3rd bed meant the space getting into bed was a bit narrow. One side of the bed didn’t have a bedside table

The main light didn't work
Someone (a cleaner we presume) came into the room at 9.40 (20 minutes before check out time) in the morning without knocking
