Great location. Cleaning, great amenities.
It would help if the owner provided information about how to get to nearby grocery shopping AND the fact nothing is open on Sundays.
As I arrived Saturday after closing, this was an issue.
Also, be reminded that there are 54 steps up to Viva rooms,.

Location was ideal, 2 flights of stairs gave me good exercise but wouldn’t suit those that don’t like stairs. Very close to the station for trains and buses and also the city centre and river for restaurants etc. Staff were helpful.
Bed was uncomfortable ( too solid and hard to get in and out of due to the wooden edge) but I eventually got used to it.

Location wrt bus station and downtown
Poor lighting and power. Would not want to stay there longer. Long climb up the stairs
