The bed was super comfortable and I liked the desk space, the provided toiletries and pajamas, and the kind staff. In the rooms and bath, it’s clear the shower heads are new, so I appreciated that too. I really loved floor 12, where they have paid and free refreshments and a paid massage chair! There’s also a nice view so you could sit and relax.
I noticed stains near my bed and on the walls. They weren’t SUPER obvious but the darker ones made me feel a little uncomfortable. However, I understand that if the room is older, permanent stains can’t be helped. The specific room I chose was a bit cramped, if you have larger than a carry on suitcase, it’ll be hard to unpack without putting your luggage on the bed.
For breakfast, it’s no good if you are in a hurry. It’s select items from a Komeda’s coffee. The line and size of the restaurant might prevent you from eating there. Also the breakfast isn’t anything special, a large price of bread, and a choice of egg salad, anko spread, or a boiled egg. I believe a small salad can be added on.

The facility was very clean. The staff was amiable. I liked most the infinite freebies you can take or consume, including drip coffee, popsicle treats, tea, lotion, bath towel, and a lot of toiletries. They also have a serene modern public bath with a view of Nagoya Mirai Tower (men's bath area). There was an air cleaner inside the room.
The room was quite tight (single guest room), but it was ok considering the accommodation price.

the location and facilies were good.
we stayed at the 2nd floor. it was not soundproof, because you can hear noises from the outside street and also the footsteps and conversations on the corridor.
