The room was clean, and actually bigger than some we had stayed in in Tokyo or Kyoto. The laundry worked well and was less expensive than others that we had found. The washer and the dryer were separate units, the washer was free and the dryer was only 100 yen. The breakfast was one of the most extensive we had experienced in our travels.

Super friendly. Previous night I left my iPad in the resort in another zone of Japan. Dormy Inn staff help me contact them for whole day (as the mountain resort not easy to contact.) Finally i got back my ipad in next day before my leaving.
