The breakfast was very good as it provided Japanese food along with American food.
We were impressed with the staff - Nishi and other staff who went out of their way to help us. One staff member also provided us with places to go in Nagoya. There was also a helpful man who helped my daughter with her luggage to be sent to another hotel.
We were very happy with our stay at the hotel. We were disappointed as we wanted to extend out stay but the hotel was booked since it was Golden Week.

Convenient location near subway
Breakfast was pretty simple and prepared more for local liking. A bit “challenging” for western liking but not bad per se.

The room is small, but it has everything one needs, including a shoehorn to help you put on your shoes. The room is also clean. The breakfast offers a good variety and is tasty.
