Location and friendly staff
Cleanless the staff responsible in cleaning rooms were not thorough bear in mind with eco cleaning was done on a third day! That’s ok but at least dust the desk clean the bathtub! thoroughly would be appreciated

Great value for the room rate, central location included. Staff was friendly and the facilities clean. The rooms are small, but this is to be expected. It was nice to have the opportunity to do our laundry within the hotel. No noise disturbances despite being in the vicinity of streets with a vivid nightlife.

Location is good, not too far from the subway. Room are OK for Japan. They do not push the beds to the wall, which is very common in Japan and sometimes hard to see on room photos.
As usual, we arrived with an overnight flight way before 15:00, but not enough to warrant another full night. Also as usual, it was raining and not much to do outside. They didn’t let us use the room even though it was available. Nagoya hotel prices tend to fluctuate a lot, so this rude behaviour was disappointing.
