Fantastic stay!
This hotel was brilliant—I stayed here for two days to attend a concert, and everything was spot on. It’s not far from the main station, with the tube station just two minutes away and several corner shops right nearby. The room was fully equipped with all the essentials. Everything was absolute perfection!
Nothing bad at all! Everything was brilliant for me and I have no complaints whatsoever. I’d highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Nagoya!

The hotel has a wonderful location close to the main objectives in Nagoya, to shops and restaurants. They offer free snacks and coffee. The room was small, but we asked for a king bed and received a very large one. Very good sleep after long flight+train! Also in the same building there are restaurants so you can go directly there.
The design is outdated. We did not understand in the elevator how to go to reception so we stepped out and looked for indications. We were supposed to understand that on an elevator with no branding L stands for reception.

The location was walking distance to the shopping area in Sakae. Also, close to the train station.
I also appreciate that they have a weighing scale for luggage at the lobby.
The check-in was a bit complicated compared to the other hotels in Japan wherein the staff at the check-in counter scans your passport, ask you to sign a form and pay.
