The location was great. You go down walk at night on real Japanese style night street. Many malls around. Beddings were so clean, and they give us clean towels everyday.
It was so roomy for three of us. I can walk around in the room. Many luggages can be stored in the room. So many counter top that you can place you stuff.

Probably not hotel-related, but the outside talking billboard should have some reasonable quiet hours.

location is pretty all right.
we had 2 rooms. the triple room is clean while the twin room had a musty smell and we felt really uncomfortable.
