The bed is comfortable. Breakfast is good and price is reasonable. And it is friendly to child.

The central location is very convenient. The hotel is pretty new so rooms and facilities are very clean. There is a convenience store at ground level accessible via elevator. Good laundry services but very busy so make sure you get in early. If you need parking make sure you book early as there is almost no parking around and a very crowded main road.

Close the Nagoya subway and the hotel has many amenities near it - convenience shops and restaurants. Complimentary drinks till late night. Breakfast was decent at 1400yen per head.

You will NEED to reserve parking in advance. Carpark was full when we got there. Even though we paid for the "partner" parking nearby the price was actually higher. We were told overnight parking would be 1800 yen if we left before 11am. We left before 10am and we still had to top up and paid a total of 2,200 yen. DO NOT lose the parking slips. The total charges were 9600yen for overnight parking there.

Rooms are small but with the price it is considered value for money.

Only 1 set of supplies is provided even the checked in is with 1 adults and 2 kids in a room.only 1 pillow and 1 towel.

It’s convenient that the breakfast is included. The staff is kind and gentle. The beds are comfortable.

I booked a room for my family. But when I got to the room there was only one bed and there was no bed for my daughter. But the staff was friendly and we could get another room but I had to pay the difference. It wasn’t clear that the room I had booked wouldn’t have room for my daughter. In my opinion that should be clear on the website. The bathroom looked clean but it wasn’t smelling good. But after we used it, the smell was gone.

The location was excellent! 7-11 on the ground floor, 24 hour Don Quijote a few doors down, bus stop right outside. Subway station steps away. We could see the tower from our room one block over. They had limited parking onsite for additional charge, we left our car in the parking garage and was able to use public transport or walk. Best of all this hotel has triple bed rooms! Breakfast was a nice mix of food and staff spoke great English.

What a great place to stay. Right in downtown Sakae so convenient to get to everything from shopping, to restaurants, to the subway system. The room was very quiet as well, even being right next to some construction.

The bed and pillow were kind of hard and uncomfortable.
