Parking for vehicles is too limited, considering that there was a school bus. I struggled to park & drive out of parking

Staff assisted to the best of their ability.
Upon arrival at approximately 14:30, we were informed that the room we had booked and paid for in full for five nights was still occupied. We were initially given a small room, which was unsuitable for working. After waiting approximately an hour, we were moved to a larger room with better working space, but it was situated directly next to the entrance gate.
That evening, at approximately 21:00, the guests in the adjoining room started making excessive noise, including loud talking, laughing and music. Because the rooms were connected by a locked adjoining door, the noise was extremely loud in our room and continued until approximately 02:00. We reported the disturbance, and although the staff member on duty came to our room and asked the guests to quiet down, the noise resumed after approximately 10 minutes.
The following day, we requested a refund, as this was not the standard we expected from a four-star boutique hotel. We were then informed that the noisy guest had checked out and were offered the room we had originally booked—the room that should have been available to us from the beginning.
Furthermore, the Wi-Fi did not support all the Microsoft applications we needed for work, forcing us to use our mobile data instead.
Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing and fell well below the standard we expected from a four-star boutique hotel.
