A warm welcome from the host - she was very nice. Large bathroom and comfortable bed. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room (and biscuits).
Free, secure car parking for our car.
Very noisy guests arriving late and talking outside of our door and slamming of doors woke us up and made it difficult to sleep again.
No ability to have an evening meal or to have a vending machine close to hand.
Sharing the one breakfast table with other guests because the eating and relaxation area outside of the bedroom is a communal space. Therefore, there is a dependency on other guests having a sensitivity for communal living in order for everyone to co-exist in a small space.
