Andrew was great on arrival (late check-in)
The first morning I went where Andrew indicated for breakfast but everything was closed - not realising where to go (I was at Reception and the veranda outside where everything was closed).
Thabang came to look for me after I called Andrew up :) and he sent her to show me the way.
Direction boards or clearer indication of where things are, would be nice.
The bathroom and room are definitely not 4-star.
Curtains are old, dirty and doesn't cover bathroom window properly.
Room curtains also tacky and smell dusty.
On the last night I was informed that breakfast will be delivered to my room as banquet would be closed - luckily I wasn't planning on having breakfast but this is not great - and not everyone likes breakfast in rooms - and should've been communicated in advance.
