The staff is fantastic! Josephine communicated with me before I even left the U.S.A., and Moses, David, the security guards, everyone was just wonderful! Moses allowed me to keep my big suitcase there while I was on safari for a week. Josephine at the front desk gave me wonderful tips and helped me get a driver at almost midnight, and he was kind and helpful! It was clean and quiet and I slept for 10 hours my first night. TV worked well and the hotel has its own private gate to get to the fantastic Sarit Center mall across the street! I will go back to the Jacaranda Hotel Nairobi every time I'm in town!

Amazing staff and service. Gym and pool are really good, perhaps the machines are not new, but the group classes and the possibility of being supported by a personnel trainer added lots of value.
Food is not that good and buffet food tasted over-heated or was not all available. However, I found the same in most of the nearby hotel-restaurants were I paid way higher. A la carte dishes were much better.

Well located but some rooms without AC ( fan only ) and no hot water for the basins ( apparently all rooms ) and the most antiquated and complicated shower . A plastic pump , , warm water only , no water pressure , always have to call the engineer
