Clean and fresh with all the necessities and wonderful views

Birubi was a lovely home, with current, tasteful decor and a comfortable new sofa. Well stocked with appliances and kitchenware. Great value for money in a beautiful location with stunning views.

Bed was ok - could be more comfortable, bedside lighting average.

Relaxing

Beautiful views .Modern house wall to wall windows, very well equipped .Owner arranged for the delivery of a gift from our children . very nice touch. Beach is beautiful for running and probably swimming but we were a bit late in the season.

The electric blankets Kitchen amenities View over the beach, ( but this could have been enhanced)

The heating took a while each time to get started, using either the keypad or remote. It would then heat so well that it was uncomfortable to watch TV with hot air in our faces. Once it reached temperature, would blow cool air and we'd think a door had been opened to the outside.! The toilet flush button is VERY stiff The bushes in the back yard were way above the balcony and blocked a lot of the view.

Very comfortable and enjoyable stay

Facilities excellent and super clean. Perfect for our family catch up on KI. Great location to everything including Lavender Farm nearby. Quality of furniture and comforts superb for a holiday home with every appointment including extra kitchen items and cooking condiments if required. Highly recommended for a get away on KI😎

Great views. Very nice place to stay. It was great to have tea /coffee and a few extra condiments that you don’t often get these days in holiday homes.

Beautiful location and house which is really clean and catered for our needs

Access to the property was easy and hosts were fantastic with communications. Property was really clean and everything catered for. The view is amazing, such a relaxing and really comfortable stay. Close to the beach and Jetty which also made it great for fishing. Property had plenty of room for our group Loved the architecture of the property so beautifully designed, lovely sunshine light coming through the top windows in the morning. The location is right in the middle of the Island making it easy to travel to different attractions.

Stunning location and the view just takes your breath away

Stunning view and location. Kitchen was well equipped. Quiet location away from everything! Nearest shops were Kingscote an easy 15min away.

we had a great stay here.

the property was large and very clean. it had everything we needed to be able to relax on holiday but also do our own cooking.

shops and restaurants were further away than I expected but I didn’t look at this before booking the property.

it was a convenient location to do day trips from! One of the nicest beaches on KI!

The location with view was fantastic! The amenities were brilliant, it was very clean! Highly recommend, if we ever come back to KI we’ll definitely stay here again.

The location of this property was perfect only 10mins to Kingscote shops and a great central base to see all the sight seeing attractions. The house was perfect for a family and a lovely outside deck overlooking Emu Bay. Even got to see penguins down under the jetty.

Fabulous views and Great facilities

That view from the living area was amazing! The house was immaculate and had everything we needed with all the pots/utensils etc you would need in the kitchen. Art met us to check in and showed us how things worked.

As listed, there is no internet/wifi and Vodafone gets no reception on the island and Optus none in Emu Bay.

Spacious, natural light, killer views

The apartment was spacious, naturally well lit, smartly decorated and a comfortable bed... with killer views over beautiful Emu Bay!

While the kitchen was equipped fairly well, there was a lack of microwave "dishes" and no instructions for operating kitchen appliances.
