We really liked this hotel. The rooms were very clean. Very big, comfortable beds and a fantastic big bathroom. Just minutes away good restaurants and bars and the bus stop. And the skyline view is amazing!
Only thing, but the hotel can’t do anything about it, it gets really loud in the weekend as they use the road as a racing track. We recommend ear plugs because the motorbikes are crazy loud.

I interacted with a number of front desk staff during my stay and they were all so welcoming and helpful. And they were very patient with me and my only "passable" Spanish. The room is clean and more than enough room for a solo traveler. Bed and especially pillows were very comfortable. I had great conversations with the housekeeper, and she was so flexible about cleaning my room at my convenience. It was a perfect location for me. Because it was close to an event I was attending. They were several very good restaurants and walking distance, and it was a joy to watch children at play at the playground and amusement park. I would definitely stay here again.
It lacks amenities like a weight room or pool.

Fantastic location with lovely view from the window. Good free breakfast. Large comfortable bed (Junior Suite). Clean and tidy.
Maybe just a tad over-priced considering there is no swimming pool.

Location. Close to restaurants, causeway, nice area. They were able to store my suitcase overnight for a small price. Room is large, spacious with good cabinets. It was clean.
No Water to take a shower. Could not wash my hair. Toilet clogged. I was told that there is no water pressure on 2nd floor and I did not see any other guest there. Place was empty. Staff , as in other reviews, not so friendly . Luckily, I can speak some Spanish.
