Overall Location and House facilities are superb.
Can certainly recommend anyone travelling with anyone with mobility issues.
We hired for the whole duration a mobility scooter for my mum and the house has easy access for it to be driven into the patio area via a sliding lockable door, outside plug for charging and the house has a downstairs bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
Downstairs outdoor space is big with plenty of seating areas.
Beach less than 50 meters, supermarket on your doorstep and 2 bars/restaurants around the corner both with scooter access.
Kitchen was great with dishwasher and washing machine as a bonus.
Upstairs has a separate balcony with sea views.
Only downside was outside was the fully recycle bins and they collected very early morning and it was a bit noisy.
Train station is directly behind so bear in mind it is a busy railway.
