Très bon séjour

Logis Hôtel très bien tenu, personnel accueillant et prévenant, chambre propre et confortable, belle salle de douches. Bons plats au restaurant et petit déjeuner très complet avec du choix et de très bonne qualité.

Niveau d'insonorisation des chambres assez faible, comme affiché, mais lorsque les personnes font attention (c'était le cas) cela se passe très bien.

Had 2 aparte bedden geboekt maar kreeg een 2 persoonsbed.

Cute cosy stay

I liked the room, the decorations, room was clean. The lobby is very cute and cosy decorated I like the fact that they organized breakfast in a way to avoid waste - everything was delicious.

I didn't like the big gravel terrace in front of our small balcony that had a lake view.

der Aufenthalt war okay, aber man muss kein 2. mal hin

Lage war gut, es war direkt am See

Das Restaurant bzw. der "Biergarten" hatte den ganzen Tag geschlossen, und machte erst am Abend auf. Auf dem Zimmer gab es auf dem TV keinein einzigen deutschen Sender, alles nur auf Französisch.

Bien mais un peu cher

Hôte idéalement situé ( juste en face du lac ), la chambre , le restaurant et l 'hôtel très joliment décoré ( cosy Vosgien ) , avec une mention spéciale pour le dessus du bar ( plafond et luminaires). Le repas du soir était excellent, mention spéciale pour la crème fouettée maison: juste une tuerie 😋 Le top , notre chambre était équipée de volets roulants en plus des rideaux occultants 👍

Manque des gobelets dans la salle de bains . Les serveurs n 'était pas assé le soir du 8 mai , ils couraient partout les pauvres ... Le cheek out plutôt expédié par la dame de l 'accueil...

Douche à revoir

Le côté cocooning, la déco chaleureuse.

Petit souci avec la douche, la paroi de celle ci n est pas assez longue il faudrait une porte ou un rideau pour ne pas arroser la salle de bains.

If you can live with the parking problems its a great hotel

A nice hotel with welcoming owner. Our room had its own balcony which had views of the lake. Breakfast and dinner were great. Good value for the location which was at the centre of everything.

In summer, the parking in Gerardmer is manic. We pulled up onto the sidewalk in front of the hotel but it is possible to find NO PARKING SPOT WHATEVER within walking distance. The "free onsite parking and parking garage" listed were not offered if they existed. The hotel seems to close just when guests would arrive. I was told that a door code text had been sent to my phone - a bit late as it was my home number and I was in France. That needs organising a bit further in advance.

We were two friends on a motorcycle tour to southern France

Location. It was overlooking the lake. It was easy to book in out of hours as they sent a code to your phone for the keypad Very clean

Pleasant

Located nearby the lake, parking facilities in front of hotel (if you are lucky). Good breakfast. I also has dinner in the restaurant. Was ok.

I knew the room would be not that big, so that's no issue. But: there was a terrible cigarette smell in the room, that was not very welcoming. It was better after opening terrace door, but the smell never went away completely.

Basic but comfortable

Good location, nearby ample parking. Room was small but clean, and even on the street side it was quiet. The ladies on the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The reception desk is open only sporadically. Beware, the free WiFi is "not secure". It would be nice to have an afternoon beer, but the restaurant has only limited hours, had to go elsewhere for refreshments.

Fine stay in Gerardmer

Clear communication the day of arrival Room was clean, bathroom good Parking not an issue Independent hotel Keyless check-in All-in-all totally ok for this price

I prefer more low fat options at breakfast and more fresh fruit but I'm picky Rooms were noisy as you could hear neighbours Beds are too soft for me Keyless check-in (no one at reception) but then again this is a family-owned business so they have to use manpower there where it is most needed

Amazing hotel in a lovelly place!

Amazing and friendly staff which supported us in all our needs - including speaking English :D The hotel is in front of the lake, and very close to the city center!

Maybe some more patisserie variety in the breakfast would make it even more special ;)

Superb

The hotel was extremely cosy. The lighting, decor and seating in the lounge area was all perfectly done in wood and leather, with throws and blankets. The room was slightly small, but complete. It was spotless, with no sign of dust or damage. Will happily choose the same hotel next time.

For the sake of finding a fault, all I have is that there were limited options for vegans.

Superb

Great contact from the hotel reception letting us know how to access the room outside their normal hours. Free parking outside. Balcony with lake view although we didn't use it much.

Lack of Aircon as it was very humid. No lift so had to use stairs.

Very good location with view on the lake.

The view on the lake is superb. The host was very nice and friendly.

The bed was squeaking a little but that was not very disturbing.

Could be better

Awesome breakfast in the beautiful restaurant. Good position, close to the lake but you have to cross a road that's quite crowded during the day (August).

No WIFI ! The room description reported "WIFI access" but this is not true !! No wifi signal in the whole hotel !! Nobody at the hotel when we arrived, it looked like if it was closed ! The reception was closed and hidden ! We didn't receive any message with the indications on how to get into the hotel and the room number. I had to phone to the number written on the door to get these information.
