Great location, close to the bus stop and the lake. A nice touch was the complimentary bottle of water in the room every day.
Breakfast is charged separately and felt limited for the price. The room was small, a little tired and somewhat stuffy. There was no air conditioning, although it stayed relatively cool during the day and a fan was provided. A €200 deposit is required; this was mentioned online and released at check-out, but feels rather outdated nowadays. The bathroom layout was unusual, with the shower and basin in one room and the toilet in another. The hotel was also being renovated during our stay, which we weren't informed about beforehand. As we spent most of our time outside, this didn't bother us too much.

Room got quite warm and opening the windows to cool down let in quite a bit of noise. No air con.
