I loved that it was traditional, authentic. The staff was friendly. The location was excellent and really enjoyed that they had a banyan tree on the property.
I really like the property, I especially liked that it was on the ridge. Was a little disappointed that we couldn’t get a message in the spa that overlooked the river due to maintenance.

Everything! The staff especially were amazing from the moment we entered the property. We were welcomed with a special welcoming ceremony. A beautiful touch. We were upgraded to the junior suite situated above the restaurant with an amazing view. Very convenient for breakfast( which was plentiful and delicious) and the pool. The complimentary yoga was fabulous. And the location is great. Away from the hustle and bustle of central Ubud however only a 15 min walk.
Nothing really. However a word of warning for those that don’t like stairs. There are quite a few. The second pool is at the very bottom of about 50 or more stairs. However the pool next to the restaurant was perfect.

Located not far from town centre with bars, restaurants, shops nearby.
It was quite old and built on the side of a steep drop to the river. The pool was at the bottom making it hard to access.
