The team were great, helpful and efficient. The little restaurant had loads of options for adults and kids, and both breakfasts (inclusive) and dinner were tasty and reasonable. The pool was great after a long day out, and the beach in front of the resort was beautiful, although not really for swimming. We unfortunately becuase of the swell couldnt snorkel in the surrounds, however found it easy to use a taxi further south where the conditions were better and we could explore this beautiful part of Bali. The rooms were large and comfortable, and cleaned well every morning.

We came here for a diving course for a beginner and for diving for an already qualified diver and were both catered for perfectly.
Great staff and dive team.

It is in an isolated location but the resort is lovely.

The dive center of this resort is excellent. Very high quality teaching and coaching. If you plan to use the dive center, this is a great place to stay and you may get a 10/10 experience. Unfortunately they do treat ordinary hotel guests as "less valuable".
Very poor guest service experience. You may be treated rudely when you ask the hotel management or dive center for help. They seem to follow a service standard of "let's penalize the guests if they don't buy all of our services" rather than trying to find a solution that satisfies the guests needs (and their own). In our specific case one half of our group used the in house dive center, the other half did not. Whenever the none dive center guests asked for regular guest service help (eg organizing transportation) they were treated rudely. There is no guest service or hospitality culture in this resort.
