Disgusting, dirty, stincky

Location

It's the worst hotel ever for 144 eur / night. Max value for this "hotel" could be 20-25 eur. The hotel and the room are extremely dirty, there were even cockroaches in the room, rubbish under the beds. The cigarettes smoke from the corridor goes to the room. The place needs a renovation. The bed sheets are dirty, the furniture is half broken, the towels are very small and dirty. The air conditioning its just like one more thing hanging on the wall but working only 17 degree, no possibility to regulate. The windowsill outside full of disgusting rubbish, ex. used condoms. This is not an hotel for families at all. There are no facilities, as written: Bathroom: Towels- very small and dirty; Shower - half broken; Slippers - NO; Free toiletries - only liquid soap for hands, NOTHING ELSE; Bathrobe - NO; Hairdryer - NO. Plus: the part of shower cabin floor is broken. They even don't have a garbage bin in the bathroom or bedroom. Bedroom: Linen - dirty and very old; Wardrobe or closet- no suspensions; Alarm clock - NO. Plus: the room is very small, it seems to be much smaller, than 23 q.m., as written Room Amenities: Socket near the bed - OK, but only 1 in whole room; Drying rack for clothing - NO, Clothes rack-NO. ALL furniture and mattresses very old and dirty.

If you are very cheap and just want to crash for one night works otherwise don't bother

The location of the hotel is priceless, just crossing the street, a lot of restaurants in the area, bus step nearby, and the staff was very polite. I think the best of this hotel is mostly outside than in side. There is a fridge and works just fine. Hotel has security cameras that give some sense of security. The staff was nice and very polite.

The rooms does not reflect the reality at all, all comments quite on the same line. The place needs a renovation, the bed sheets are dirty (lucky I got my owns), the bathroom was clean but you need to dominate the art of having a bath with one hand because is broken, the water literally is out of the bathroom in minutes, the air conditioning its just like one more thing hang on the wall but does not work, outside the window is dirty with cigarette buts and the wifi is slow and barely does not works. Noise on the street is just normal, it is a party area. This is not an hotel for families at all. If you cary heavy luggage, there is no lift. I didn't notice they clean the room while you are there.

property could be a good fit for a short trip but due to total unprofessionalism even one night should be avoided

it was dirty, room smelled tobacco, shower knob was broken. my flight arrived late and I made it to the property by 2AM although I called to warn about late arrival. When I arrived I was told that there are no rooms and there was no record of my reservation. After I showed the receptionist my booking.com reservation he made an effort and called the owner. Owner did not care. Eventually people who were promised a room earlier without any reservation were turned away and I got a room but only was given a hand towel. I hope this place will be taken down from any internet reservation platform.

Most of all - manager at the reception.

The hotel needs a major upgrade + to provide at least some services as advertized: the safe-boxes in the rooms were "broken," coffee machine in the lobby not working. No toiletries or at least soap. The owner needs to invest at least something to justify the rates.

Not for the faint heart

Staff was nice

Very dirty room, that smells horrible from cigarette smoke, I never seen something like that, floor very dirty, bathroom not cleaned, no towels. At 3AM every morning the neighbour starts yelling, broken furniture, torn and dirty couch. The price 125 EU is really high for the low quality provided

My reservation was with breakfast but the reception told me that they don't do breakfast in the hotel and that if I want breakfast I have to pay 50 shekels.

The lobby and common spaces were dirty. Breakfast was very minimal. Position good for the bat yam beach but very distant if you want to go to tel aviv or jaffa, you need a car or buses. The room was on the street so very noisy, The worst thing was that other guests playd loud music in the night and the staff did not bother to make them stop. Avoid!
