What can I say? Fantastic!
An overall spectacular stay, Cannes is beautiful, and the property is very pleasant and welcoming!
The landlady is fantastic: friendly, welcoming, very precise, direct, and clear in her various directions and instructions for check-in and check-out. She's available and always there for you!
The accommodation is in a beautiful area, just a short walk from the beach, the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès, and Le Suquet (Cannes' oldest neighborhood). The accommodation is clean and welcoming, with a lovely terrace. The parking space and welcome pack were much appreciated.
I'll take home a wonderful memory of this holiday!

What could be improved? I don't know! Perhaps the optimization/arrangement of a cabinet, but the accommodation isn't big, I knew that, but it's very livable!

The apartment was small, but there was everything: stove, iron, vacuum cleaner, fridge, kettle, mirrors, toaster, even air conditioner. They had shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrushes available, tampons and etc.
The host is very nice, they answered all my questions quickly and let me do a late checkout on the last day of my stay. They also left a lot of food and a bottle of wine, it was very nice of them.
I didn't need to meet anyone and could check in flexibly by myself.
The location is good, it took me 15 to get to Palais. ALDI is just nearby. Bus stop is 1 minute from the building.
Some things were broken: safe locker box, coffee machine, lamps. It was really cold some nights and the heating didn't work (it was the end of May). There were no desk, while it was in the description.
It also seemed a bit unsafe: instead of a key there is a code with 5 buttons to open the apartment door + no safe for documents and laptop. For a single woman travelling alone it's not ideal.
