Staff are extremely friendly! Especially Etchi he was extremely helpful and fixed any issues instantly also helped us with directions on multiple occasions
The room was clean however the only issue was our bedding wasn’t changed at all throughout out 9 night stay… and on some days we would have to reuse towels and only one or two new towels would be given when there was four of us

I liked tge terrace as I had all the terace for me. The location is great, very close to so many restaurants and shops.
The bathroom has bad smell. The staff tried to something, but there is something that should be fixed. I wonder hoe it will be in the summer and hot days, as the apartment I had was on the roof.
The furniture does not look like the pictures.. no Ottoman style.

Very kind and supportive personnel, they showed a very warm and welcoming attitude which was the most pleasant aspect of the accommodation.
Property smelled strongly and did not have proper ventilation, also breakfast was rather low-quality.
