The view is the most beautiful and the breakfast very delicious

The staff is friendly.
The hotel is well-located (bus and train stops are right next to it and a 15-minute walk from the Blue Mosque and other attractions).
There are plenty of restaurants nearby (I recommend Nasip et Kebap—the food is excellent, prices are affordable, and the waiters are extremely friendly).
The bed is comfortable. The air conditioning works without the key card, so it could be left running even when we weren't in the room.
Although the hotel is nicely decorated, it is clearly very poorly maintained. Cleaning is very superficial. The windows are dirty, the wardrobes and drawers are dusty, and the bed linen is old, wrinkled and had hair on it. Towels were changed daily but were old. Although hotel has three Wifi networks connection frequently drops.
The bathroom was also very poorly cleaned. The shower is full of mold.
Breakfast is okay but could be more varied. Some of the food is not fresh.
There is a rooftop terrace that—if renovated and cleaned—could be a perfect addition to the hotel because the view is great. However, it currently has two tables, few chairs and is dirty and covered in withered plants and seagull droppings.

Staff was really nice
The view
The room was really small, or we received a smaller one because on the departure day it noticed there were also bigger rooms. ( same like we booked, same price).We had a room with spa bath. Since we checked in water was coming in the room from the bottom of the spa bath, we stayed 3 nights with towels on the floor. When we checked in the room was not cleaned properly. Hair on the floor, dust next to the bed and under the bed i can not even describe. No one is coming to clean your room next day, i had to go to reception and ask for room cleaning. They didn’t even put proper sheet for bed. I had small sheet on the bed and I went to reception to ask for a proper bed sheet they gave me two singles. ( i had king bed). Shower is not working properly and also they have problems with the water.
Staff is amazing, 10 out of 10 for them! They helped us with the reservation also with the free parking space. At the check out they gave us sweets which was really nice.
I have to say that in the past i paid less and had better room conditions, and for the amount of money I paid now and the room situation I will not be back.
