Overall, our stay was good. The location was very convenient, with restaurants just downstairs and shops only a minute away. Breakfast was quite small and simple, but enough to have something to eat in the morning.
The main downside was the noise. There is a restaurant downstairs, and from around 8 AM you can hear music and people talking very clearly, so it may not be the best choice if you like to sleep late. The windows cannot be opened, but because they are old, they don’t block the noise well. There was also no shampoo or shower gel in the bathroom, and the soap holder was broken. We only stayed for two nights, though, so overall it was manageable.

The staff were really helpful and friendly and we're very welcoming. They went out of their way for us. There was a restaurant downstairs and we were given a discount in the restaurant. The food was really nice, they tailored breakfast to our taste.
They didn't mention before hand that we had to pay in cash, so when we got there I had to go to a cash machine to withdraw euro and there was a 10 percent transaction fee, so I ended up being charged more by the bank. Also it is called the ottoman lounges not old ottoman castle it took a while for the driver to find it
