Very good

Great location, very close to the station and also easy to get to the town and the old city. Chris the host was friendly and helpful, he came round quickly to answer our questions, and also gave us good recommendations for places to visit. Very useful to have facilities like washing machine, and a good clothes-drying rack. Plenty of hot water for the shower. Good price.

Location was perfect, Chris was very helpful

Property was a little tired and could do with a refresh. Toilet not working properly and took 2 hours for the tank to fill before it would flush again

Do Not Be Conned like we were.

The appartment was reasonably clean

It was very hard to find. When we tried contacting the host they were not very helpful. The number on the door was drawn on with a pen. It wasn't even the right number. The hall smelled of cat urine, it was dusty and dark. When eventually we got into the apartment, the shower smelled of cat urine. The promised toiletries were nowhere in sight One of the beds didn't even have a proper bed frame and was very low down. Also one of the windows didn't close. We didn't feel safe as it was so run down and the whole place inside and out looked like a derilict building. We ended up having to get accomodation elsewhere. As I am an Asthmatic, the cat urine and dust was making it difficult to breathe. €178.10 for three nights. We want our money back. A truly disgusting experience

Good

Nice attic flat. Good location. Owner kept in touch throughout and was very helpful.

Everything was fine for our needs. We were there 4 days, 3 nights. I don't think the Booking . Com description accurately reflects the flat were rented, that said it is great budget flat.

Well located near bus stop for the airport. Handy fro walking the town and nice walk to the Citè

Large, comfortable, well equipped, town centre apartment.

Central for town, railway, and canal. Short walk to the old city. Spacious and fantastically well equipped apartment (just about everything you need for your stay is there). It's a sort of mixture of quirky, rustic (in keeping with the old building) and modern 'shabby chic'. The host sorts everything out by text and comes over as really wanting you to enjoy your stay. Plenty of seating and a large dining table. A comfortable home from home. Loved it!

Don't be put off by the look of the building from the outside. The area is as safe as anywhere and the neighbours are friendly and helpful. Bathroom and kitchen do not look modern, but there is actually everything you need there, everything works and the massive table gives ample prep space. There is heating, but when temperatures drop in January you may need to wear warm clothes indoors in the evenings.
