Large house in great condition - plenty of parking - fantastic couple who run a great ship - would go back again

Easy accessible - plenty of information available regarding places to eat and visit - we did loads in a short 2 day stay

Lovely breakfast,in a quiet part of dawlish but easily walkable into the town. Free parking right in front of the property! Beautiful views over the coast! Lovely hosts went out of their way to entertain our grandchildren!,would definitely stay again!

Stairs could be a problem for anyone staying in upper apt,but lower accommodation is fine!

Fiona and Rob really lovely owners. Very helpful and did everything they could to make our stay memorable. Great breakfast choices - excellent quality and presentation. Comfortable beds, copious hot water and lots of additional touches in the room. Great view towards the sea. Would definitely recommend this bed and breakfast accommodation. Parked at hotel on arrival and used buses, trains and ferries all the time as it was so easy.

Excellent Breakfast in particular choices of food not found in other B&B we have stayed in. Hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating to our requirements as we have mobility issues. Views over the town and beach superb.

The elevated position of the property did present a bit of a challenge to us because of our mobility but it was something we did anticipate when booking the property.
