Struttura molto bella e accogliente in ottima posizione (possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente sotto l'albergo o nelle stradine adiacenti) con staff gentilissimo. Entrambi i piani delle camere sono dotati di un ampio spazio comune parzialmente all'aperto con diversi divanetti per il relax. Camera ampia e pulitissima, dotata di tutti i comfort compreso un terrazzino utile per stendere. Colazione servita nella bella veranda del ristorante, ricca e varia. A due passi dal centro e dal porto degli imbarchi per Bonifacio. Buono anche il ristorante pizzeria.

This place is fine as far as it goes. It's very well-located near the bus stop and port terminals (both commercial ferry to Corsica and tourist port for day rides), and a 10-minute walk to the center of town. It's not the closest you can get to the beach, but unbeatable to bus / boat terminals, a Spar supermarket, and an ATM (the only one in town I saw!). There's also a pizzeria attached, but I can't comment on that since I didn't try it. Handy, though.
The room size is good, bathroom good, and the place is spotlessly clean! There's also a clothes line with pegs on the balcony to hang your swimming suit and towel after a day at the beach, which is a nice thoughtful touch.
The bed is firm (which is good!) but not that comfy. The main negative for me was the breakfast. First, it only begins at 8am, which is uncomfortably tight if you've booked any boat rides (ferry to Corsica, La Maddalena tours), since those have 8:30 check-in times and this is a served breakfast, not a buffet situation (can take time). Second, the foodstuffs are not very varied and pretty el cheapo quality-wise (think shelf-stable products). Appreciated the addition of fresh fruit, but it wasn't ripe.
*Edited to retract the part about the pleasantness of the staff in light off the response below, which displays a great deal of unprofessional passive-aggressive rudeness, and appears to be complaining that I have reviewed my experience on a site that... asks for reviews.
