I like the ease of check-in and being provided with a welcome guide with all useful information. The location was great! About 20 mins from downtown Willemstad which was perfect because we didn’t want to stay in town. Right on/beside a local beach with palapas and picnic tables. Also a separate/private patio area for guest. Secure parking as well! Sandra was available to answer all my questions through WhatsApp as well. Overall a great stay!
We were assigned the Kiwa room which had amazing windows but it faced the parking lot so we kept the curtains drawn.

The view of the ocean from our room was exceptional! We looked forward to go back to our room to enjoy the stunning sunsets over the ocean during our dinner. We also appreciated our host, Sandra, who was responsive to our requests.
If anything, maybe the limited toilet paper provided.

We stayed at the Waterside Apartments in Curacao back in March of 2026, and we enjoyed our time there. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the ocean view was gorgeous. The building has its own parking, which is very convenient and wifi worked perfectly for us. The place is in close proximity to an excellent grocery store and a short drive from the town which makes it versatile for a late dinner. We found the kitchen to be very well equipped and appreciated finding ice in the freezer upon our arrival. Watching the sunset from the terrace each evening is absolutely stunning.
As with any shared space, the quality of the guests will make an impact on your stay - if the place has respectful guests, you will really enjoy your time there. If you end up with neighbors who are quite loud, your experience will be different. We experienced both and can say that it can make a difference.
