It has an undercover car park, the staff are incredibly helpful, and while beautiful ng an older property, it was exceptionally clean and tidy.

Would like more of personal interaction instead of white board at reception with a contact fone number to check in.
Room was cold on entering probably due to the entrance door to reception and hallway to all rooms being from carkpark and that door being left open all the time. Could be idea to put draft excluders on bedroom doors, I put spare towels in front of mine.
Would have liked better shower washes and them to actually be viable in shower and not little bars of soap hidden under sink.
Maybe re caulking round single glaze windows could help warmth as could see draft moving blinds.
Tv mounted noticeably un level and not on the type of mount a guest could correct.
