Staff were very helpful, thanks to mr Rami and mr Mustafa from the reception for their service, swimming pools , activities . The diving center is professional and good service but over priced

Excellent breakfast, lunch and dinner options. A la carte restaurants were superb, specially the Marhaba. Thanks Arafa and Mustafa for the restaurants services and Mahmoud for the room cleaning. Staff are brilliant. Nice rooms, well cleaned and maintained overall. Amazing swimming pools and facilities. We've been well treated and will come back!
A bit longer than expect queue for the omelette and fried eggs in the breakfast despite of two stations - but nothing that makes the experience bad...
Desserts are really beautiful but a bit tasteless, I would expect a selection of baklavas. But also ok, there are options, fruits etc.
A personal point of view: an all inclusive service normally trend to treat the drinks without the proper care when you order something direct in the bar. That doesn't happen when you order in the table (or in the piano bar, for example). I would recommend to make the swimming pool bars services more careful.
Snacks from the swimming pool and Snack Ship are poor - there are options like burgers, pizzas, fries etc but not really great. They are just OK.
