The lunch at the pool bar. The staff are doing their best to please the guests.

The late checkout
Animation team didn't show up all daylong during our stay. And although the staff are doing their best but they are in need of more training for better service and not to argue in loud voices in front of guests.
As a luxurious boutique hotel, quality of food and coffee needs improvment.
The snack bars needs some fans around for both the staff and the guests.
At the main restaurant the waiters are struggling carrying very heavy full trays which for sure will affects their shoulders and backs and accordingly slowing down collecting empty dishes from the tables, for sure it will be much more better to provide trolly tables for them.
