Very nice room in very good location. Excellent staffs

The hotel enjoys an excellent location with luxurious and elegant decor, and transportation is highly convenient.

1. The iconic St. Regis butler service was completely unavailable throughout the stay. There were no service guidelines, no butler service reminder cards, and no introduction to butler amenities in the room. During my two-night stay, none of the brand’s standard butler services were proactively provided. 2. The housekeeping staff left a cleaning cloth behind in the room after turndown service. In addition, tea and coffee sachets were not replenished during the service. 3. Housekeeping supervisor showed a lack of professional boundaries and disturbed the guest’s rest. Even with the Do Not Disturb sign clearly displayed in the room, still made an unsolicited room phone call, which his colleague said he will contact my by cellphone, unnecessarily disrupting our privacy and afternoon rest. He called to apologize for the cleaning cloth left in the room, and promised to send complimentary fruit around 6:00–6:30 p.m. as a gesture of apology. However, when we returned to the room at 10:00 p.m., no fruit had been delivered. We did not care about the gift itself, but this incident clearly reflected serious disorganization and poor internal coordination within the hotel. The next day upon check-out, a front desk staff member rushed out with the gift and delivered it to us right beside our car. 4. A concierge young guy behaved very unprofessionally. He was frequently seen fooling around and chatting casually with female front desk colleagues during working hours. On the evening , a teddy bear decoration at the lobby was knocked over by a child. Instead of stepping forward to straighten it up and tidy up the area, he took out his phone, laughed, and showed the scene to his colleague. As guests, we found this behaviour highly unprofessional and inappropriate for a luxury hotel setting. By contrast, other concierge team members performed their duties excellently and are truly commendable.
