Il personale conosce poco o affatto l’inglese. Affidare tutto agli Smart traduttori non risolve il problema della domanda anche più basilare che rimane senza risposta.

great location and smart room facilities. The breakfast and afternoon tea were all amazing.
We booked this hotel specifically because the room photos on Booking showed a balcony with a small table and sofa. On arrival, the balcony turned out to be a narrow ledge with barely enough space for two people to stand — no table, no seating. When I raised this at reception and explained that the listing photos were the reason we chose this room type, the staff member simply repeated in an impatient tone that this was "not possible" and that we had booked a small-balcony room. No alternative was offered and nothing was resolved.
The attitude at reception was a recurring problem rather than a one-off. Check-in on our first day felt rushed and indifferent. Later we asked whether they could help arrange a car to the airport, since our overseas phone numbers can't be used to book Didi. The receptionist carried on with what she was doing, said "we have an airport transfer service," and then went silent — I waited some time before realising she had no intention of continuing. Only after I asked directly how to book it and what it cost did she reluctantly look it up on her phone: RMB 300. A local friend later booked us a Didi Premium for RMB 160.
To be fair, the hotel itself is good, the rooms are comfortable, clean and well equipped, and the facilities are genuinely nice. But the front desk service pulls the whole experience down. If the balcony matters to you, confirm the exact room type before booking, because the photos are not representative
