A lovely and relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, the breakfast was delicious, and the amazing view made the experience feel truly special. We really enjoyed our time here.

We had a wonderful stay in Porto Heli! The service was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to make our trip easy and enjoyable. They helped arrange all of our transportation, dinner reservations, and water taxis, which made exploring the area completely stress-free. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and comfortable, and we really enjoyed the property and overall level of service. . Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it!
The only area for improvement would be the pool and breakfast service on busier days. At times, service was quite slow and somewhat lacking when the hotel was crowded. That said, it was a relatively minor issue compared with an otherwise fantastic experience

Nice, well designed rooms, has a small little gym to work out, decent location close to Porto Heli
Very untrained staff, food and drink orders took forever, sometimes you had no waiter coming for 20m, sometimes you had 3 waiters asking what you want to eat after you already ordered with another, quality of food was also medium at best; expected more for a Nikki Beach; beach also quite small
