Facilities were good.
Aircon in room 20 - heat function wasn't as warm as desired.

The location is perfect, it's central to everything really. The room was very spacious, clean and had everything needed in terms of amenities. Lovely stuff too, always checking if everything is good. Definitely staying again when I'm back in Palmy for block classes at Massey.
There are no power points/power sockets close to the bed, might need a long extension if needed.

Almost everything was great
The shower was a bit of a pain to clean up but I get it, its probably the only disabled person friendly room. The staff replaced the towels daily which was great

The location was great, and it was tidy.
The wifi didn’t reach the room we were in, the spa bath had a leak in the plug, it was really cold in the room with the air con set to a low temperature the room struggled to heat up, rang through serval times on the phone to ask for assistance and no one answered until I rang the line on the website. The electric blanket also had no plug to plug into, they brought an extension cord for me and a broken loud oil fin heater to help, the hot water in the shower was also set on a temperature that resulted in my mother being too cold to use it.
