Satisfactory

Comfortable Bed. Quiet.

No information pack in the room. Towels were not very big or soft. Step down from shower a bit precarious when wet. No table other than the desk. We had breakfast included with our room and were told breakfast was from 6.30am - 8am. As breakfast is served until 10am in the dining room this was a little unfair for those of us on holiday.

WARNING save your money

A nice bed

Very old pictures. When we arrived there was construction work going on as we were staying over the weekend we asked would this continue answer was yes from 9am till 4pm should have been told this information before considering to book there or some kind of discount applied. No aircon in the room only a fan supplied. No extractor fan in the bathroom very old worn-out furniture not what you would expect from a room labelled as a one bedroom suite costing over $400.00. Old lifts barely any staff bar closed very early when we checked in we were told the hotel was not booked out so could park in a number of places yet our room was placed 2 doors down from the construction area. Room was not nice didn't have a nice feel to it and remote for tv had flat batteries. We had added the Buffet breakfast to our booking and it was the poorest buffet I have ever had. Scrambled eggs were like soup very runny the baked beans were the same the bacon was dry and brunt bread was fozen in the middle had to ask twice for more food and staff didn't bother to rush. General public area lifeless and not welcoming. Would have happily left but no refund for room and for that amount we stayed father than pay more money for another motel only reason we stayed there but never again.

We would book again in the future

The location was amazing for attending our end of year function. We were able to walk to dinner and didn't need to worry about having a drink, as we didn't have to drive back.

Overall perfect accommodation, enjoyed our stay.

The close proximity to town and the mall.

The gates were closed when I went to get some food, was late about 9pm

The breakfast was fine and the property wasn't too expensive and central.

The little things make all the difference. The bathroom wasn't that clean (someone else's hair on the floor and in the shower), the receptionist hadn't even ironed their shirt and the thig that really annoyed me was that the manager tried to charge me $10 to send my driver's license (that I left in the room accidentally) to me. You'd think an evelope and stamp wouldn't be worth the poor review.

Grubby shower

A/h check in was easy. Relly comfy bed/pillows.

The shower hadn't been cleaned and had someone elses hair all over it. I was pretty happy with everyting else untill I showered in the morning...

The room and booking did not match. The explanation provided from reception was all booking.com fault. Simply a feeble response and no customer service offered at all

Reasonable place to stay

Well located, walkable into town, to restaurants shops and supermarkets. Really friendly staff. Good internet. On site parking. Comfy bed.

No air con in the room. Breakfast was on the expensive side.

Great location, a short walk to restaurants and mall. Rooms were very nice, bed was super comfortable.

The restaurant was closed due to lack of staff which was disappointing.

Superb

Room very good and well appointed. Restaurant a bit on restricted hours but we had no problem with food choice.

Only problem was the safe did not work. Only a minor problem. Still enjoyed the stay.

Complete disappointment!

Beds were super comfortable and a good size.

NO air conditioning!!!! It was like a sweat box! We had to order ice just to try and cool down! We had a fan that did nothing in the heat of the afternoon. Cool showers before bed were needed to just be able to get to sleep. The breakfast was terrible! I had to ask for my food to heated in a microwave as the hot food was stone cold! Selection was less than any other breakfast we had been too anywhere. Lady who checked us out was lacking customer service skills. Our stay was extremely disappointing and we couldn’t wait to leave. Thankfully we only booked one night and that was one night too many!

Unfairly treated and most disgraceful customer service

The pillows were awesome and the bed was comfortable

I was charged for a king superior room but was in a double superior I was told there was no difference between the two.i then enquired weather I could book another night and was told the whole hotel was fully booked out so I searched on line and there were many rooms available.i was charged for two nights for a double superior room over the phone for a much higher rate then it was online even th o I asked if it would be cheaper to book online I was told they would charge me the same discounted amount.on my last night I had no hot water from 3pm till 11.55 mins b4checkout I had made them aware the day before but no one came to inspect it or fix it.a employee walked into my locked room at 9am without any warning,they said it was accident.i asked for room service on day 2 my rubbish wasn't removed all the surfaces were not wiped and my stock wasnt replaced.they made me cry by telling me I should just stay somewea else .the manger treated me horrible and talked to me like I was not welcome once I was crying uncontrollably they offered me a 20% discount.

Loved the location the room the breakfast. Had a meal in the restaurant. Food was good

That the evening meal we had took a long time to come out even though we were the only ones in there. We ordered in toom food service the wedges were hot the asian basket with chips were only warm.

Helpful front desk staff despite difficulties.

The staff were friendly and the bed was comfortable. They responded extremely quickly to replacing the plug for the bath and clean towels.

The heater didn't work. I also asked for our room to be made over and for clean towels only to find on my return, my room exactly as I had left it, I rang reception to be told that the staff had been too busy to do it. The (4th floor) smelt damp.
