Wonderful staff, perfect location, excellent food options including three al carte restaurants included in the all inclusive. Buffet had a great range of food options. Staff went out of their way to help us including meeting with the chef to ensure my daughter with a nut allergy was safe. Great entertainment for kids, teenagers and adults. Ample sunbeds both pool and sea facing. All inclusive really meant all inclusive with food and drink available all day from multiple locations. Lovely steam and sauna too.
The music is loud. The indoor bar is open until 1am and our room was directly above this area so it was very loud with people drinking from the morning. The hotel was busy. Lots and lots of young children which would be ideal if we also had young children but we had travelled with teenagers.

The service wasn’t good, we got sick at the second day and it was because of the food. The food wasn’t tasty enough.
