Beautiful modern apartment with views all around. We had corner apartment on second floor which had two balconies with views of sea, mountain and city. It is no doubt a luxury apartment with remote control window blinds and beautiful granite countertops and back splash in kitchen. There is a beautiful garden in front, swimming pool on the side and olive grove in backyard which is also part of property. There are around 8 apartments in the building and during our late September visit, we are only guests and had all property to enjoy ourselves.
The host is also very responsive and caring. I was planning to book 2 bathrooms apartment and somehow during booking process I reserved 2 BR 1 bath apartment. I wrote to host about this mistake and they offered to change my apartment to 2 BR, 2 Bath without any additional cost to me. This property is around 15 min drive to old town
Shower pressure was low. We liked 2 BR 1 bath apartment layout better than 2 BR 2 bath apartment

The property was clean and well maintained and available when we needed it as we booked the reservation at night after our flight had been cancelled.
Too many cats on the property. I wanted to go to the pool but saw so many cats there and one drinking from the pool. Also, the bathroom had a very strong smell. Could have been a chemical used for cleaning but couldn’t place it.

Relatively close to shopping center
The feedback surrounding management were relating to OLD management team. Ownership and management has changed; a totally different experience in that sense.
No leniency when we proposed to move to another location; they would not let us go. Formalistic approach as my partner was not happy with the apartment building's location.
Too far away from the beach; beach difficult to access.
We tried to change the location, but ownership with previous management was better.
We requested terrace, but we got high in the building; no elevator. So that was tough with suitcases.
Different audiences at pool; sometimes loud at night. Management would act after informing.
Not the least small welcome package; 2 small bottles of water, a bit of fruit, which would fit the up-style environment.
