Eine Nacht zum Start auf unserer Rundreise in Kroatien.

Es war alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Mario ist ein guter Vermieter und immer bemüht, die Wünsche seiner Gäste zu erfüllen, was in unserem Fall mehr als gelungen ist. Der Hammer war der beheizte Außenpool, den wir mehrmals genutzt haben. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Es gibt nichts zu meckern.

Amazing!

Mario and team could not have done any more for us, communication was great, anything we needed they helped with could not have asked for more - it made our trip! The breakfast selection was great every morning. Rooms nice and clean and pool area was nice and relaxing plenty of areas to sit in the sun or shade.

The only downfall (if at all) is location as we had to get Ubers most places. However it was only €5 for example to visit the beach, Ubers were really frequent so not really an issue!

Very welcoming and relaxing environment

Mario our host was very helpful, accommodating and kind. We arrived early and we’re able to swim and relax by the pool until our room was ready.

Perfect hen party getaway in every way!

What didn't we like!? This place is absolutely beautiful and catered to our every need. The apartments were spotless including outside. Mario our host was absolutely fantastic and nothing was too much for him. He gave great reccomendations of where to go, catered for what we wanted and did all this with a smile and friendly attitude! This must have been a task doing so for a hen party of 16! Breakfast was amazing and went above our expectations. A huge variety and all freshly prepared every day. As we had the place to ourselves Mario was happy to prepare breakfast when suited us between the times of 7 and 10. He constantly asked if we needed anything and happily met any need we had. Absolutely perfect host! Apartment close to the supermarket which was very handy and apartments has all facilities to cook and dishwasher for cleaning. Mario recommended the pizzeria margarita for dinner in storbec and this did not disappoint! Absolutely beautiful meal and setting. 100% would happily return and reccomend anyone to go!!!

The apartment block itself is not near many other places such as bars or restaurants and you do need to get taxis everywhere. However this was no problem as ubers are super easy to book and come within 10 minutes. Split town is about 25 minutes drive and cost roughly 8 euros to get to. This may have been due to us visiting in may at the start of the season and maybe more places open closer to the summer.

Great spot in Split for a holiday. The pool gives the extra touch.

Great house with anything you need inside. Lovely pool and garden. Mario was a very good host, he made sure that I have everything I need at any time.

Great place to stay while enjoying Split ! Everything was perfect from the warm welcome from Mario to the really nice garden and pool. Breakfast was awesome and nice options for lunch and dinner were close by. A true gem !

We had 2 apartments as we were a group of 9 on a hen do. Mario was the friendliest host and went above and beyond for us even making an early breakfast- which is a great spread! The apartments were bigger than pictured, clean and lovely. Easy to get ubers into Split centre. We'd all love to come back, such great apartments!

Very happy stay

We booked two apartments, and both were great. Very clean, spacious, and comfy. Our host Mario is really nice, he will advise you for the best parking, best places to see and he will help you with everything you need. The property has car parking inside. The flats are clean and have all amenities in the kitchen you need. I was surprised to see the ingredients for cooking in the cupboard and also cotton buds in the bathroom. (Not every rent flat has this) The pool was full. However, the weather wasn't hot to swim. Breakfast is delicious! For a family run property, they had a lot of choice food. And we really enjoyed our breakfast! The washing machine is on the first floor if you need it. Just ask the host. The hosts are so welcome and helpful, we stayed in Easter, and the shops were closed, and they were so accommodating with food which we needed for our cooking. Thank you so much for the great stay! We really enjoyed our time! :)

The vila is clean and comfy, very nice swimming pool to enjoy and relax under the sun. Breakfast are supper delicious. Mario is very friendly host.

Somehow there is mosquitos is Croatia, so you need to ask the host to give you mosquitos blocks. Or you can buys lavender oil and apply to your body. Lavender oil in Croatia is very good. I like it so much.

Fabulous apartments, perfect for a family holiday. Mario is a fantastic host. Place is spotless and had everything we needed. Breakfast was really nice, our children loved the cakes every morning! We can't wait to visit again.

Really liked everything, but if any comments, Couple of minor points: - limited privacy on terrace (1 shared terrace with some plants as separation) - be aware that apartment is 5km outside split centre. This is of course known at time of booking, but important to be aware. Going to centre by foot or bike is not the nicest route. Going by car is possible but parking is fairly expensive. Taxi/Uber also possible of course

Perfect relax

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect and clean. The garden and the pool are beautiful. We were relaxing and swimming all day. Breakfast is delicious and Mario who is taking care of the guests is the best. He is doing amazing job and taking care of everything.

Very comfortable home from home in Split

Very friendly staff, great facilities. The pool and garden are beautiful. Breakfast is very generous with lots of choices: delicious freshly baked cakes, fruit, eggs and bacon, cereals, cheeses and cold meats and breads and more. The apartment was spacious, well furnished and equipped with everything one could need. We felt very welcome and well looked after. Definitely a place to go back to.
