The apartment was perfect and sat on the sea front for two friends visiting Croatia for the first time. Incredibly clean, all the amenities you could ask for, and Ivica was incredibly welcoming from the first minute. She even gave us a lift back to the airport on the final day!
The apartment was located 10/15 mins away from the old town, with everything accessible easily through public transport and Uber. We used Uber everyday and was very cheap and quick to use no matter your time of day. Incredibly quiet away from the more 'touristy' bits in towards Town, making it brilliant for relaxing.

We had such a wonderful stay, and our host was absolutely amazing from the moment we arrived.
She personally met us at the property and, even though we arrived quite late, she kindly waited for us and welcomed us with such warmth. She had even prepared a lovely little gift for our 6-year-old, as well as a bottle of champagne and chocolates for us — such a thoughtful and unexpected touch!
She took the time to show us around the property, explained everything we needed to know, and gave us clear instructions about how everything worked. She also showed us a cupboard stocked with towels and everything we needed for the beach, which was incredibly convenient.
The attention to detail was exceptional. There were even fresh fruits and drinks waiting for us in the fridge when we arrived. It really felt like she had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and special.
We felt incredibly welcomed and well looked after throughout our stay. The hospitality was truly exceptional, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The flat is beautifully decorated, brand new, exceptionally clean, and clearly designed with so much thought and attention to detail. You can really feel how much care has gone into making guests comfortable. The balcony view is spectacular — during the day you have a beautiful view of the sea, and in the evening, sitting outside with the moon above was simply magical.
The location is perfect. It’s very close to the beach and within walking distance of Split Old Town. There is also a bus stop nearby, and the bus took us to Split in around 15 minutes, which was perfect for us as we didn’t want to drive. Having our own excellent parking space was also a huge bonus.
Our host was truly lovely — such a warm, welcoming and thoughtful person. One of best holidays ever :)

De beste Host van alle ervaringen. Ontzettend meedenkend en lieve host. De woning was ontzettend schoon, alles was voorzien in de woning. De locatie is geweldig en beeldschoon. De flat is ook voorzien van een gym en sauna.

Nagyon kedves szállásadó,Ivicának szíve, és lelke a vendégeké, gyümölcs, üdítő, ásványvíz, bekészítve a hűtőbe, bonbon is meglepetés volt, és gyönyörű tisztaság, makulátlan! Teljesen új korszerű gépesített apartman! A panoráma csodálatos a tengerre, ahogyan a képeken is látható az oldalon. Ivica egy szív lélek ember. Búcsú ajándék sem maradt el 🥰
