We really liked La casa di Ely. We stayed in a very nice, comfortable and clean family room, or rather rooms, since there was a separate one bed bedroom linked to the main one. Both rooms had air condition. The hosts were welcoming and helpful, and the old building beautiful.
The b&b is situated right in the center of the charming, small mountain town Tiriolo. It was a positive experience to have the breakfast served at a cafe in the town square a couple of hundred meters away, too. This is a place it would be great to return to.
Without knowing it in advance, we were lucky to be in Tiriolo at the same day that the town had a festival celebration, on August 4th.
Parking was a bit difficult this time, but I think it was due to the town festival that took place in the same evening that we arrived.

Dicht aan het centrum. Mooi authentiek Italiaans gebouw met mooi beklede kamers. Je kan in de buurt gratis parkeren.
Dat er eigenlijk geen ontbijt was, terwijl het een “b&b” wordt genoemd. Je kreeg verder in de bar 1 kop koffie en 1 croissant. Dit kan men niet echt een ontbijt noemen. Dan kan je beter vermelden dat je enkel kamers verhuurt.

Beautiful building in a small quiet square. Comfortable room. The owner was very attentive at check-in and when asked, recommended a restaurant for dinner that was excellent. We were traveling by bike and we could store our bikes safely indoors.
