Basic, clean hotel that is very affordable

Location was near an underground station, easy to reach to the city center.
I booked two double rooms for two nights, and the confirmation stated that breakfast was included in the final price. Upon arrival, we were informed that breakfast was only included for one day, and we had to pay an additional EUR 13.90 per person for the second day. This was misleading, as the booking details clearly said: 2 adults – 2 nights, 2 rooms. The booking information should be clearer to avoid such issues. I also request a refund for the extra EUR 13.90 x 4 we were charged.
Additionally, one of the bathrooms was not clean when we checked in, and we had to ask staff to clean it again.
