I like this hotel, I had already been here and I came back since the staff is nice, the rooms are well-sized and clean and it is located in a very good position for my needs. Also the price was very reasonable.
I was litelly SPAMMED through messages on booking.com, e-mail and WhatsApp in order to do the online check-in. The messages on booking.com are particularly pointless because any links they contain get removed before they are delivered, so you are flooded with useless messages. So please either say online check-in is mandatory, or please just send ONE invitation by e-mail, thanks.
Also, I reached out to the hotel through the booking.com messaging system in order to ask some questions and never got a reply.
So I think the communication system needs some adjustments.
Another thing to note is that rooms are NOT cleaned during your stay: this is clearly stated, but be aware.
