Very good location. 5 mins walk from underground station and Olympia Einkauf Zentrum very close as well, maybe 8 min walking.

Very new building and well kept. The team from the hotel is fantastic, helped me in many situations.

it’s near to the place where so many offices are there. And with good U-bahn connection

it’s kind of expensive for solo traveler.

Our room was not that clean

Reception staff was very friendly and courteous. One of the female staff was very kind to me when I had a problem. Good location right next to a bakery/cafe and short walk to the metro station (next to a KFC). There is a laundry room, which is a definite plus for a long trip. We enjoyed having a kitchenette for the microwave and the large refrigerator.

Rooms were not comfortable. The bed was fine, but there is no comfortable furniture to relax in. The chairs in the room are cheap and hard. Even in the lobby, the chairs are not comfortable. Breakfast was good the first day, but it's always the same thing, so it got very repetitive and we stopped going. Also, there is a man (breakfast staff) who can be very grumpy and chastizes the guests. We could have used more regular (and more thorough) housekeeping service.
