Staff were helpful and friendly, the breakfast was great: a classic hotel buffet mix of cold meats and cheeses, sandwiches, some hot food and dessert (who doesn't love a breakfast cheesecake?).
Facilities were as expected for a 3-star, with a small pool out the front and a little bar on the terrace. It's less than 5 minutes from the beach and between two Metromare stops to easily get into Rimini town for the train station or to catch a bus for a day trip to San Marino.
It's one of the smaller hotel buildings which actually helps it stand out when trying to find your way home from Rimini's enormous beach and strip.
Our only critique is that you have to pay a daily rate for the air conditioning, which we needed - especially overnight - being British and unused to 20°+ nights. It was €6/day so not expensive, but could easily be included in the regular price.
